Many thanks for your fascinating write-up.I’m sorry I can’t add more to it as I’ve no knowledge with real estate, but can you help me as you seem just like a wealth of knowledge. If I advertise my own, personal residence with no a real estate agent, what’s my subjection to legal responsibility to a customer? Say I sell a residence that has recognized or unknown defects. What is the legal responsibility I’m subjected to, if this is not shared to the consumer? I’m sure all states are diverse, but I’m sure there are some normal regulations. Particularly, I’d like to know what Nebraska’s are, if achievable. Thank you in advance.
