His family was quite poor, and unfortunately, fate did not favor them either, as they were forced to pack and leave when Israel became an official state. Fortunately, this happened when rich oil wells were being discovered in the Middle East, making it easy for his family to relocate there as his father was a proficient petroleum mechanic.
Even though Dr. Saad ‘s father did his best to make his family comfortable, in reality, the future was bleak for Dr. Saad Saad and his siblings as they were basically refugees with no form of documentation.
This meant that education was their only gateway and despite the hardships he had to go through, he accepted nothing less than the success he was seeking by maximizing on learning and becoming one of the best pediatric surgeon known to man.
