Ritchie intends to set new goals for Papa John’s and is personally leading the effort to accomplish them. In an article from boardroominsiders.com, it says that Steve is bringing in independent experts to assist in the audit of Papa John’s culture and Diversity and Inclusion practices. Ritchie is sending his senior management into the field so they can personally listen to feedback from employees and franchisees. Those initiatives will allow Papa John’s to find their strengths and, more importantly, their weaknesses so they can set clear goals on how to do better. Ritchie has ensured transparency throughout this process and wants customers to hold the company accountable.
